I'm incredibly happy to finally show the result of this journey that began 4 years ago! Back in 2021, The Painting Frog asked me to bring the Corbitt's Grimoire to life, a unique prop for a personal Call of Cthulhu campaign, and I was immediately excited. This was the first project I was assigned as a professional illustrator back in that time! The idea is that this tome was written by a certain wizard who saw the face of insanity more clearly as he delved deeper into forbidden ancient knowledge, and I confess that as an illustrator, I lost a few good points of my sanity along the way.
We made this little thing from scratch. While I took care of the aging, crafting, and illustration of the pages, Erivan from Guedes Atelier did an insane job on the bookbinding! This project marked the beginning of my career as an illustrator, and I'm very proud to have been part of it. During the 3 years of partnership with Estêvão, we immersed ourselves in creating bizarre elements for this book, aiming to make the campaign even more engaging and immersive.
I have a special affection for this project and I'm very satisfied with the final result.
